A Night of MC

[Greniar]

A Whirl of logons,
told me its time for MC,
lots of greetings and hails,
followed by Mel "invite me"

Then off they all flew,
from all over the place,
with a mad dash through the Steppes,
and very little grace.

The invites went out,
by Mel for this game,
as he clicked and he typed,
and he invited each name.

Now Deluna, now Asheling,
Now Jabs, and Herria,
The Lemmings, The SkySeekers,
The Freaks fileld the area.

The gaunt leader,
sat waiting till they were full,
Then give out the buffs,
then the command came to PULL.

The giants came forward,
ready to kill,
and were met by the people,
sitting on top of the hill.

The Warriors went CHARGE,
The Rogues snuck right in,
The Pallies and Priests,
healed again and again.

The Mages and Locks,
rained fire through the air,
and the Hunters and Druids,
shot out at the pair.

Down went the first,
and the other not far behind,
then we rez'd those that died,
and lotted in kind.

Then a repeat of the first,
went out on a flamed one,
feign death if there is 2,
but a single is good fun.

And so on it went,
till each had their fill,
dropping out of the raid,
until there were nil.

But i heard him exclaim,
before my hearthstone die flash,
Cya all next Wednesday night,
for our next MC trash.

Our great leader Mel
Did mentor and teach
lest we forget
the infamous speech 

So we fought and we killed
And sometimes we'd die
But the best part of all
We still got the pie

Outstanding Greniar. Nice addition Anarchy. I can't get things to rhyme to save my life. The ability to rhyme and be humorous at the same time is an amazing gift imo.

BTW, as if it needed stating, everyone will please note that the only mage mentioned by name in Gren's poem is Asheling, once again proving who is really the true, one and only, Lemming Juice uber mage.

Ok, this be another story happen to me the o'r night. I was doing me usual drinkin and was into it bout an hour, when i decided to  have a sit so as to not spill me drink. Well i chose a room to the side of the street, and i go and have a seat. This lil gnome fella come up to me and tries to pick a fight, he says and I quote "Die Mister" well not wantin to spill me drink, i kinda moved to the next chair, not wanting to cause any stir as yet, and still tryin to have a quiet drink to me self. Well the lil fella comes back at me grabs me beard, and tries to cut it off wit a pair of scissors. Well that be it, no one cuts me beard. I whack'd em good wit me mace and knocked him out fur a spell. Well the lil gnome fella must have connections in Dalaraan, cuz her comes them peacekeepers. I tell my story, he tells his, and them fellas make me pay the gnome 10g for assault. Can ya believe that. So i says to the peacekeeper, why i gotta pay, he started it and even tried to cut my beard. Well the peacekeeper says to me, next time ya decide to have a drink, do not sit in a place that has a swirly pole on the outside, and says barber on the sign, and you will be alright.
